Revenue Entries: Details you input regarding your revenue, such as amount, date, and description.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the functionality of the App, including trip tracking, mileage logging, and reporting.
To process payments for our subscription services (Pro and Business tiers) via Stripe.
To analyze app usage and trends to improve the App's performance and user experience.

To generate IRS-compliant mileage reports.

4. Data Storage and Security

Supabase: Your user data, including location, trip data, revenue entries, and vehicle information, is securely stored on Supabase. We rely on Supabase's robust security measures to protect your data.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Payment Processing

Stripe: For subscription payments, we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe handles all payment information, including credit card details. MilePilot does not store your full payment card information. We only receive confirmation of payment and relevant transaction details from Stripe.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at tyler@overassessed.ai.
